The Total Package
  • From $3500 plus tax for weddings of 30 guests or fewer

  • From $4000 plus tax for weddings of 60 guests or fewer

  • From $4500 plus tax for weddings of 100 guests or fewer

  • From $4800 plus tax for weddings of between 100 and 150 guests

  • From $5500 plus tax for weddings of more than 150 guests

  •  Interview & Checklists- to personalize your event and ensure you have not overlooked any details

  •  Event Facilitation- attending, overseeing and directing the wedding ceremony and reception; direction of vendors and flow of the event from set up to break down

  • Event Design- suggest unique ideas to personalize and customize your wedding, including themes, colors, flower selections, table settings, linens, rentals,  lighting and more! 

  • Communication- unlimited communication via e-mail, skype, Viber, &  phone (at your expense for international calls) as needed to obtain all necessary information and make you feel at ease-ongoing updates and consultation with the couple about vendors’ services/products in a Wedding Summary throughout the planning process

  • Expertise- vendor suggestions & information after discussion regarding your vision, needs, & desires

  •  Budget- discounts offered when possible, flat fee instead of percentages and commissions, all vendor prices are fairly represented, you are advised of ways to stay in budget and save money without compromising quality

  • Rehearsal or Walk-Through- a rehearsal for weddings or event walk-through is held the day before the wedding or event for one hour or less, does not include any fees for the site or other vendors

  • Embellishments- sometimes we have inventory to help with your event design and make this décor complimentary to you

  •  Attention to Detail- agreements and contracts reviewed to make sure we accommodate your vendors' needs and follow venue rules, all details are placed in a summary available to you throughout the planning process

  • Wedding etiquette advice​

  •  Floor Plan- a floor plan is provided once collaborated with the venue, you and the vendors

  •  Wedding Day Timeline- includes all scheduled deliveries and services for the event, times to set up and strike rentals

  • Rentals- assist you with the rentals for your event

  • Set Up to Break Down-we  set up your items, (ie. guest book, candy station, gift/reception table place cards, gift card box, programs, fans, wedding favors, etc.). YOU provide verbal or written instructions with the items needed to us the day before the event. ***This does not include set up of any equipment or props, (ie. tents, tables, chairs, furniture, lighting, etc.), which will be handled by the contracted companies. We do not replace the professionals you choose not to hire. 

  • Programs- assist you with the information and design ideas for your wedding program

  • Resources- we provide you with resources for all of your needs, even wedding favors, guest books, printing, etc. 

  • Lists and Reminders- to keep you on track during the planning process 

  • Booking Vendors-help with finding, negotiating, and booking professionals who fit your vision. We do not take commission and pass that savings on to you!

  • Experience and Expertise- over 22 years of event planning experience on the islands and in California working at all types of venues with an abundance of professionals, providing personal knowledge of the islands and people (not just from asking or looking it up online!)-when I call the professionals they answer or call me back...

  • Vendor Hire-vendor lists are provided to you, you book all of your professionals and do not get our vendor discounts, you provide the contracts to us, you pay them directly before the wedding day or provide envelopes with their payments for us to disburse on the wedding day

Hawaii Weddings by Tori Rogers, LLC is not responsible for weather conditions that prohibit the set up of wedding props. Transportation fees may apply and are an additional fee, not included in the packages listed above. Prices are subject to change before and during the planning process, but you will always be notified when you receive your proposal or summary adjustments.

Tori of Hawaii Weddings by Tori Rogers is spectacular! I don't know how she does it, but Tori magically manages to pull off all her weddings with a perfect blend of fun and low-key attitude (which results in happy brides and vendors!) Tori handles wedding professionals with great trust and respect and backs them up loyally. This creates a great relationship and is very smart because it ensures that we will work a 110% to please her clients because we love Tori and want to make her happy. She always goes above and beyond with a detailed timeline prior to the event as well as a grateful summary to wedding vendors and clients after.
