We recently celebrated our veterans, those who have made it possible for us to live the privileged lives we live. Military families sacrifice a great deal, so it brings me such joy to be able to give back in some way by planning amazing weddings and events for our military couples. One such awesome couple is Jake and Shelbie. I remember how for months Shelbie wanted to get Jake's input, but couldn't because he was on a secret mission on a submarine, restricting them from contact for months. I truly enjoyed seeing them together on their wedding day. What a fabulous couple! Not only did he surprise her by wearing his uniform for the ceremony, but they cut their wedding cake with his saber!
