Sometimes couples wish to honor the memory of those who have passed and cannot be with them on their special day. There are many ways to pay tribute to them. Here are some ideas:
Have
a memorial candle lit
Play
the person's favorite song
Include
the person's favorite flower (or color) in your bouquet
Place
small framed photos of those being honored in your bouquet
Place
a variety of framed photos on a memory table (perhaps add some items
that were special to that person)
Say
a prayer or recite a special reading in the person's honor
On an empty guest chair, place a lei or flower stem in the person's
honor.
Include a special acknowledgement in your wedding program
Include a moment of silence at your ceremony
