Sometimes couples prefer to plan their own weddings, book their own vendors, and secure their own venues, BUT, they still need some help from an expert. That is where we come in. **HIWP is Hawaiian Island Wedding Planners

CEREMONY ONLY COORDINATION- $500+ tax

 This is for the couple who is only having a ceremony and only needs our assistance with the ceremony plans.

 Either the couple has secured the vendors and venue, or we can assist with this.  

 If couple secures vendors or venues, the couple will provide copies of all contracts and BEO's to HIWP.

HIWP will provide an interview and checklists to make sure the couple has not overlooked any details.

HIWP will communicate with the couple via e-mail and phone as needed to obtain all necessary information and make the couple feel at ease.

HIWP will communicate with and reconfirm details with all vendors.

HIWP will work with the couple to develop the Wedding Day Timeline and provide it to the couple and vendors involved.

HIWP will handle distribution and placement of flowers and decor (this is on a limited basis) not set up by the florist. This does not include set up of any equipment or props, such as tents, tables, chairs, furniture, lighting, etc. The set up for those items are to be handled by the companies from which they are rented.

HIWP will facilitate the event by guiding the vendors and directing the bridal party processional. This fee includes HIWP to be on site for a maximum of 2 hours. Additional time will cost $55 per hour, or any fraction thereof.

HIWP will meet with the couple before the wedding for up to 30 minutes. This does not include our rehearsal fee. The rehearsal is to be arranged with the officiant and location by the couple or HIWP. HIWP will attend and direct the rehearsal for an additional fee of $90. The officiant will charge an additional fee.

If your wedding occurs outside the Honolulu area on Oahu outside of Kihei on Maui, outside of Kapa'a on Kauai, or outside of Kona on the Big Island, a travel fee will be charged.

"DAY-OF ONLY" COORDINATION

From $900 plus tax for weddings of 30 guests or fewer

From $1300 plus tax for weddings of 60 guests or fewer

From $1600 plus tax for weddings of 100 guests or fewer

From $2000 plus tax for weddings of between 100 and 150 guests

From $2500 plus tax for weddings of more than 150 guests 

    This package is for the couple who wants to reserve our services a year out or less from their desired wedding date for rehearsal and day-of wedding coordination ONLY.

This includes up to 10 hours of on-site coordination, including the time from delivery and set up to break down and clean up.  Additional time is $100 per hour, or any fraction thereof.

HIWP will provide an interview and checklists to make sure the couple has not overlooked any details.

 HIWP will facilitate the event by guiding the vendors, as well as direct the bridal party processional and flow of the event.

HIWP will provide vendor suggestions and information after learning of the couple’s needs and desires.

The couple will book all vendors ahead of time and pay them directly.  Couple will provide ALL copies of vendor and venue contracts and BEO's to HIWP.

HIWP will communicate with the couple via e-mail and phone as needed to obtain all necessary information and make the couple feel at ease.

HIWP will meet with the couple for 30 minutes before the wedding. This is not a rehearsal.

 The couple is to arrange for the rehearsal to take place. The couple is to contact the officiant, location, and anyone else who is to participate in the rehearsal.  HIWP will attend and direct the rehearsal.  

HIWP will communicate with and reconfirm details with all hired vendors.

HIWP will review all documents to make sure that nothing has been overlooked or forgotten, and help the couple prepare a Floor Plan and Wedding Day Timeline that will include all appointments, scheduled deliveries and services for the day.

 HIWP will provide the Wedding Day Timeline to the couple and vendors involved.  

 HIWP will set up the couple's basic wedding items, including but not limited to the guest book, candy station, gift/reception table, place cards, gift card box, programs, fans, wedding favors, etc. Couple will provide verbal or written instructions for all items to HIWP.   

This DOES NOT include set up of any equipment or props, such as tents, tables, chairs, furniture, lighting, etc. The set up for those items are to be handled by the companies from which they are rented.

If your wedding occurs outside the Honolulu area on Oahu outside of Kihei on Maui, outside of Kapa'a on Kauai, or outside of Kona on the Big Island, a travel fee will be charged.

 "IT'S A MONTH UNTIL MY WEDDING" COORDINATION:

 From $650 plus tax for weddings of 30 guests or fewer

From $850 plus tax for weddings of 60 guests or fewer

From $1200 plus tax for weddings of 100 guests or fewer

From $1500 plus tax for weddings of between 100 and 150 guests

From $2000 plus tax for weddings of more than 150 guests 

   This is for the couple who has already hired some or all vendors and secured the venue. The couple is responsible for all payments and contracts for people and places they have secured. Couple will provide copies of all vendor and venue contracts and BEO's to HIWP.

HIWP will always work hard to save the couple money on their wedding.

HIWP will provide vendor suggestions and information after learning of the couple’s needs and desires.

The couple can book some vendors ahead of time, but HIWP can also book vendors for the couple.

This includes up to 5 hours of on-site coordination, including the time from delivery and set up to break down and clean up.

HIWP will facilitate the event by guiding the vendors, as well as direct the bridal party processional and flow of the event. Additional time is $60 per hour.

HIWP will communicate with the couple via e-mail and phone as needed to obtain all necessary information and make the couple feel at ease.

HIWP will communicate with and reconfirm details with all vendors.

HIWP will have a 30 minute meeting with the couple one day prior to the event. This is NOT a rehearsal. A rehearsal is a separate charge.

The rehearsal is to be arranged with the officiant and location by the couple. HIWP will attend and direct the rehearsal for an additional fee of $90.

"HELP ME FINISH MY WEDDING PLANNING" COORDINATION:   From $1500 plus tax

  This is for the couple who has begun the wedding planning process and realized that help is needed. Couple will provide copies of all vendor and venue contracts and BEO's to HIWP.

This includes up to 8 hours of on-site coordination, including the time from delivery and set up to break down and clean up. Additional time is $75 per hour.

HIWP will discuss with the couple the services and items still needed for the wedding and help the couple arrange the vendors and details.

HIWP will communicate with and reconfirm details with all vendors.

HIWP will provide an interview and checklists to make sure the couple has not overlooked any details.

HIWP will always work hard to save the couple money on their wedding.

HIWP will facilitate the event by guiding the vendors, as well as direct the bridal party processional and flow of the event.

HIWP will communicate with the couple via e-mail and phone as needed to obtain all necessary information and make the couple feel at ease.

"THE TOTAL PACKAGE" COORDINATION

From $1800 plus tax for weddings of 30 guests or fewer

From $2500 plus tax for weddings of 60 guests or fewer

From $2995 plus tax for weddings of 100 guests or fewer

From $3300 plus tax for weddings of between 100 and 150 guests

From $3800 plus tax for weddings of more than 150 guests 

    This package is for the couple who wants to reserve our services a year out or less from their desired wedding date. (If you wish to start more than a year out, please contact us.)  

This includes up to 10 hours of on-site coordination, including the time from delivery and set up to break down and clean up.  Additional time is $100 per hour.

 HIWP will facilitate the event by guiding the vendors, as well as direct the bridal party processional and flow of the event.

HIWP will communicate with the couple via e-mail and phone as needed to obtain all necessary information and make the couple feel at ease.  

The couple can book some vendors ahead of time, but HIWP can start planning with the couple from scratch and create a dream wedding.

HIWP will provide vendor suggestions and information after learning of the couple’s needs and desires.  

HIWP will always work hard to save the couple money on their wedding.

HIWP will meet with the couple for 30 minutes on the day before the wedding. This is not a rehearsal.

 The rehearsal is to be arranged with the officiant and location by whomever hires the officiant.  HIWP will attend and direct the rehearsal for an additional fee of $90.  

HIWP will provide an interview and checklists to make sure the couple has not overlooked any details.

Couple will provide copies of any vendor and venue contracts that have been obtained without the assistance of HIWP.

HIWP will communicate with and reconfirm details with all hired vendors.

HIWP will work with the couple to secure any necessary rentals, organize delivery and set up times, and organize times to pick up the items.

 HIWP will review all documents to make sure that nothing has been overlooked or forgotten, and help the couple prepare a Floor Plan and Wedding Day Timeline that will include all appointments, scheduled deliveries and services for the day.

 HIWP will provide the Wedding Day Timeline to the couple and vendors involved.  

 HIWP will set up the couple's wedding items, including but not limited to the guest book, candy station, gift/reception table, place cards, gift card box, programs, fans, wedding favors, etc. Couple will provide verbal or written instructions for all items to HIWP.
