PARADISE COVE:  Many options are available for your ceremony and/or reception.  For a private ceremony and reception, there is an exclusive lawn area.  Another option is to have a private ceremony before the luau, then hold your reception at the luau.   You can have your ceremony here before the luau, however, the ceremony will occur before sunset.   Ask us about the site fees. Fees for this site begin at $600 for 2 hours for a ceremony.

PARADISE COVE DAYTIME CEREMONY FEES:

Ceremony at Paradise Cove Beach, The Point, or the Imu Garden:  $600 site fee, 50 person maximum

Ceremony at the Beach Garden:  $600 site fee, 100 person maximum

fee includes site rental for 2 hours (that time includes set up and breakdown) for 50 guests, 50 white plastic chairs, and 1 4ft. table

Any additional guest over 50 is $2.50 per guest, $2.00 per chair

Wedding Coordination: $500 (includes pre-wedding planning, day-of coordination, and travel fee to Ko'olina)

Additional options: 

Electricity:  $187.50

Flower Shower clean up $25.00

 

PARADISE COVE PARADISE GARDENS CEREMONY: Available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

Includes:  $2800.00 (Plus Tax)  Package Includes:
2Hours of Site Time

Non-Denominational Minister or Officiate (Hawaiian or Traditional)
Conch Shell & Torch Lighting Ceremony
Guitarist or Harpist for One Hour
One Hour of Photography*  includes 75 – 100 digital images posted on-line within 48 hours. It does not include actual prints or CD.
Up to 20 Chairs with Covers and Sashes
Table for the Marriage Certificate Signing

 Seasonal Lei for the Bride and Groom
1 Bottle of Korbel Brut Champagne (additional bottles for guests can be ordered)
2 Keepsake Champagne Flutes
Tiki Torches
Decorative Wedding Certificate
 

***Add $500 for wedding coordination, which is mandatory for this wedding package.

Flowers and other decor not included, but can be added and arranged by Hawaiian Island Wedding Planners
 

PARADISE GARDENS RECEPTION: 

Time Slot 1: 9:00am-3:00pm (includes the time necessary for set up and break down)

Time Slot 2:  4:30pm-10:30pm (includes the time necessary for set up and break down)

(entertainment/noise ends at 10:00pm)

 

Rental Fee:

$3000 for the first 250 guests

$3.00 for each additional guest

(Maximum 1200 guests)

Maximum function time of 6 hours

If you exceed the time limit, $1500 PER HOUR will be assessed.

Fee includes:

exclusive use of the Garden and Earth State

security and existing parking

existing electrical power

area lighting (on coconut trees)

structured restrooms on site

Paradise Cove event manager (this is NOT a coordinator)

 Additional Fees:

Use of electricity:  $1500

Bring in your own food/caterer:  $5.00 per person 

Guest Minimums:

Friday - Sunday, April-November:  250 guests

Friday - Sunday, December-March:  150 guests

(Monday to Thursday):  100 guests

If you select one of the Paradise Cove lunch or dinner menus for your event, a $2000 credit will be applied toward the site rental fee.
