Surrounded by ocean and mountain views, this magnificent, breathtaking estate is a perfect setting for your ceremony and/or reception. Not only is it amazingly private, but it is extremely user friendly for weddings. You completely forget you are on a busy island and lose yourself in the tranquility that is Hawaii.

Unlike so many other estates, this location is very well-maintained and groomed. The home's owner takes great pride in this property and has designed a very open and user-friendly site. It has sufficient lighting and coverage if you choose not to tent your entire event. Everything about this property takes full advantage of its magnificent surroundings.

Fee Schedule: Please note that the time used for the property must also include the time it takes to set up for the event.
$2,000 half day (4 hours) outside only (this is good for ceremony only events)
$2,500 all day (12 hours) outside only (this is good for parties of 30 or fewer)
$3,500 all day (12 hours) inside (kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, sliding doors), excluding upstairs bedroom areas
additional hours pro rated

On site manager required for all events, and that fee starts at $750.

The property offers a beautiful and spacious AIR-CONDITIONED ohana (guest house) for the bridal party to get ready on the wedding day. Bride and attendants can have hair and makeup done ON SITE. There is also a bathroom for the wedding party to use during the event. It is not necessary to rent any portable toilets for this site, as there are two easily accessible bathrooms for your guests. One is in the ohana, one is outside on the terrace.

On one side of the property is a beautiful lagoon. You and your guests will see this to your left and the ocean to your right as you drive up to your wedding site. A wonderful start to your beautiful event!

A spacious entry to the property leads to a parking area that is spacious enough for approximately 30 cars. Valet parking is required for larger parties.

The ceremony can take place in one of a few places. The deck, the flagstone terrace, or the small lawn area

This is the fabulous, extensive partially covered and lit wrap-around flagstone lanai. The patio furniture is moved and replaced by your furniture rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc.). There is a beautiful lava rock baby koi pond, as well!

Most of the lawn is at a slant, but there is an even lawn area on which you can have your ceremony, cocktails, etc. There is a grill that you or the caterer can use, as well.
