Sunset Package:APPROXIMATELY $2150 + tax (may be less, may be more)

 

  • Nondenominational Officiant: we have included the fee for a nondenominational officiant, no rehearsal, and a basic ceremony; there is an additional fee for the rehearsal and for any additional elements to the ceremony

  • Wedding Coordination/ Witness: pre-wedding planning for ceremony only, does not include reception planning; we can make reservations for you at a restaurant to follow if that is your desire, but any other reception plans require additional planning fees

  • Assistance With Your Wedding License Arrangements

  • Public Beach Location IN Honolulu (outside Honolulu will incur transportation fees for the vendors and more time on site for the coordination)

  • 2 Fresh Floral Leis for the Lei Exchange (these are plain white floral leis that can be upgraded)

  • Beautiful Round Bridal Bouquet of Tropical Flowers (Below is a sample of such a bouquet, but we can work within your color scheme)

     

  • Fresh Floral Boutonniere for the Groom (such as the one below)

  • Aisle Set Up of Stanchions with White Fabric

    • This can be upgraded.

  • Elegant White Arch with White Fabric  (see above photo)

  • Petal Aisle of Assorted Colored Petals

  • Sparkling Cider Toast Service for 2 (you can upgrade this to include all of your guests)

  • Unedited Professional Videography

  • Professional Photography (basic package that can be upgraded including 2 hours of coverage, approximately 36 prints, including up to 2 photo spots in Waikiki before or after the ceremony)

  • Hawaiian and Wedding Music played on CD Player (no amplifier)

  • Keepsake Wedding Certificate (not a legal document)

  • Permit Processing for location . 
  • Transportation: Hummer limousine to transport couple and guests from one hotel location in Waikiki to the ceremony location, stop at a few photo spots before or after the ceremony and photo session, and to a restaurant in the Honolulu area for dinner.
