**private secluded beachfront property located on the North Shore of Oahu
** an intimate setting for your ceremony and an ideal location for a reception
** accommodates as few as 2 guests and as many as 500 guests.
** parking for up to 60 cars
**may book the property up to 12 months in advance.
**event must conclude by 10:00pm, all vendors and guests off property by 11:00pm
**includes a bridal suite where you can get ready on your wedding day
**includes private guest bathrooms, so you do not need to rent portable toilets!
**events at this location MUST be tented, as an indoor backup is NOT available
*uplighting available, we do pig roasts, marshmallow roasts and bonfires on the beach!

RATES
Use of the property starting at 11a.m until 11p.m.
Pricing below includes the following:
Bamboo arch
Custom bar
Tiki torches around restroom area
Use to the house for the wedding party members
Parking spaces up to 100 cars
A staff member present on the day of the event to maintain property
infrastructure.
2 women's and 2 men's restrooms
Outdoor lighting of the property and all the electricity needed to put on your
event .
Free use of the property for a wedding rehearsal (for up to 1.5 hours) the week
before your wedding date, pending availability.
Dumpster for all the trash.

Monday –Thursday
Full day rates
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
A cleaning fee of $200+ is also required for each rental.
