Our packages can be as unique as you wish, including underwater weddings, beach weddings, waterfall weddings, weddings on horseback, garden weddings, weddings on a yacht, weddings on a train, and more!

All packages can be upgraded in terms of photography coverage, flowers, entertainment, etc.

Prices and will vary depending on location and vendors.   These packages are for intimate weddings only.

Please call us for an estimate if you wish to have a ceremony and reception, as these package prices will not apply to your event. 

Set up fees may apply. Beach parks are public and do not permit set up of any props, including chairs, tikis and arches. Chairs are only permitted for elderly and handicapped guests. 

If your wedding requires more onsite coordination then what is included in the package, those fees will be added to your total package.

Basic Public Beach Package:  from $525

Ocean Vista Beach Package:  $5000 includes tax

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ocean Vista Beach Package and Cocktail Reception:  $7800 includes tax and service charge

for up to 30 guests (Bar not included)

Molokini Package: for 30 or fewer guests  $6500 includes tax

 

South Maui Wedding Ceremony and Dinner Reception $16,000 includes tax and service charge

for 30 guests or fewer (bar beverages not included)

Includes linens, glassware, tableware, coffee, tea, bread and butter, personalized menus, servers

 

WAILEA PACKAGE 1:   $3000 + tax

 WAILEA PACKAGE 2:  $3995 + tax

 

 

WAILEA PACKAGE 3:  $4700 + tax

Hawaiian Island Wedding Planners is not responsible for weather conditions that prohibit the set up of wedding props.  Transportation fees may apply and are an additional fee, not included in the packages listed above.    

Prices are subject to change before and during the planning process, but you will always be notified when you receive your proposal or summary adjustments.
