KAINOA BALLROOM

Kainoa II Boardroom
At 415 square feet, this room is the perfect size for smaller business meetings. Distinguished yet inviting, it provides a view of the lush tropical gardens and is equipped with a 32-inch remote television, VCR and the latest in audiovisual equipment. It can accommodate up to 12 people around its handsome mahogany table.

Kainoa I Meeting Room
Specifically designed with smaller meetings in mind, this flexible room can be reconfigured into U-shaped, classroom and theater-style layouts. Equipped with a built-in white board and climate controls, it is just steps away from our fully equipped Business Center. At 415 square feet, it can comfortably accommodate 16-20 people.

MAILE BALLROOM

  • One large ballroom that can accommodate up to 320 which can be subdivided into three sections
  • Floor to ceiling glass window in prefunction (foyer)
  • Airwall doors between ballroom and foyer area may be opened so guests do not have “enclosed” feeling
  • Depending on set-up, about 320 within ballroom doors (entire room) or 100 per section (subject to change depending on dance floor, video, head table, etc.)  
  • Cocktails may be served in foyer area directly in front of ballroom

KAHALA O O KE KAI 

Kahala o Ke Kai — Reception (using room only)

  • Prime Oceanfront room (16’ x 48’) with folding glass doors that open to lawn area
  • Maximum of 40 guests using four rounds of 10 (not one seat more) or oval shaped table up to 32 guests
  • Amplification is not allowed for evening events (microphone, sound system, etc.) due to nearby condominiums
  • All events conclude by 10pm
  • Location is adjacent to the Diamond Head Gazebo

Kahala o Ke Kai Outdoor Reception with Tent

  • Prime Oceanfront room with folding glass doors that open to lawn area is used for buffet or cocktails and tent is placed on lawn area for seating
  • Amplification is not allowed for evening events (microphone, sound system, etc.) due to nearby condominiums
  • All events conclude by 10pm
  • Limited availability of outdoor receptions (maximum of 100 guests) with rental of tent (limited due to amount of time required for tent installation, set-up under the tent, the event time and breakdown of tent)
  • Tent costs $2,500 and up depending on size and lighting
  • Location is adjacent to the Diamond Head Gazebo
