Below are some sample packages that we offer on the Big Island. Packages are for INTIMATE beach ceremonies & cannot be changed. However, we are happy to customize your wedding by starting with our CEREMONY ONLY WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGE. Public beaches do NOT permit any props, including chairs, arches, and tikis. If you want your wedding at a private location, or you require a set up, or you are going to have a ceremony and reception, then packages DO NOT APPLY. We will customize your wedding based on your specific needs. Contact us for more an estimate. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Hawaiian Island Wedding Planners is not responsible for weather conditions that prohibit the set up of your wedding. Transportation fees may apply and are an additional fee, not included in the packages listed above.
