What is Lomi Lomi Massage? Lomi Lomi, which means "to touch with loving hands," is a style of massage in Hawaii that heals, detoxifies, and energizes its recipient.  Hawaiian elders passed down the special techniques to therapists.  These techniques involve using their hands and elbows at various levels of strength to help connect all of the areas of your body into one.  Mentally this reunites all of your body parts so they can properly communicate with each other and heal you.  Physically it will help to relieve muscle pain, increase circulation, eliminate toxins, and promote relaxation and well-being. 

What is a stone massage?  A healing stone massage comnines massage with the heat and energy from the stones.  A variety of smooth lava rocks are heated, then placed over a cotton sheet on your body.  While these warm stones are placed on various parts of your body, your body is massaged, rubbed, calmed, then rubbed again.  Two rocks may be tapped together against the body to encourage deep tissue healing.  The purpose of a healing stone massage is to warm the body and increase circulation, while eliminating its toxins.
