Professional Coordination limited to the items and services in the package:
HIWP will communicate with and reconfirm details with all vendors.
This includes up to 3 hours of on-site coordination, including the time from delivery and set up to break down and clean up.
HIWP will facilitate the event by guiding the vendors, as well as direct the bridal party processional and flow of the event. Additional time is $50 per hour.
HIWP will provide an interview and checklists to make sure the couple has not overlooked any details.
HIWP will communicate with the couple as needed to obtain all necessary information and make the couple feel at ease. HIWP will communicate with and reconfirm details with all vendors.
HIWP will have a 30 minute meeting with the couple one day prior to the event. This is NOT a rehearsal. A rehearsal is a separate charge.
HIWP will set up the couple's wedding items, including but not limited to the guest book, candy station, gift/reception table, place cards, gift card box, programs, fans, wedding favors, etc. Couple will provide verbal or written instructions for all items to HIWP.
HIWP will handle distribution and placement of flowers and decor (this is on a limited basis) not set up by the florist. This does not include set up of any equipment or props, such as tents, tables, chairs, furniture, lighting, etc. The set up for those items are to be handled by the companies from which they are rented.
