WESTIN MAUI RESORT & SPA

 

This location is one of Ka'anapali's most beautiful wedding sites on West Maui. Site fees range from $1200 to $3500. Located on the famous Ka'anapali Beach, your event can take place in one of many beautiful outdoor locations. Banquet rooms are also available. This is also the perfect setting for that romantic sunset dinner for two!

LOKAHI POINT $1200.00 + tax (does not include coordination or any wedding arrangements)

This unique outdoor location offers magnificent panoramic views of the ocean and neighboring islands with spectacular sunset views. the venue features privacy as well as intimacy. Offering beauty like no other location on property recommended for a wedding celebration for up to 10 people (standing only).

 

THE GAZEBO “hale aloha” (house of love) $1800 + tax (does not include coordination fees or wedding arrangements)

Overlooking the sparkling, blue ocean and botanical gardens the hale aloha is an open air gazebo surrounded by water, lush tropical foliage and radiant white columns.

Accessible by way of a pathway through the upper garden and enhanced with the sound of trickling water from nearby waterfalls, the gazebo is a beautiful and private area

for a wedding celebration. recommended for up to 20 guests.

THE ALOHA PAVILION and beautiful Garden Waterfall $3500 + tax (does not include coordination fees or wedding arrangements)    (event ends by 10pm)

This unique outdoor location offers stunning ocean and neighbor island views and takes full advantage of all that the Westin Maui has to offer – waterfalls, palm trees and golden sunsets. The venue features beach access, full-service kitchen, lounge area, unique staging and privacy. Recommended for ceremonies and receptions for more than 20 guests and will accommodate guest seating for the ceremony. .

 

OUTDOOR RECEPTION VENUES IN ADDITION TO THE PAVILION INCLUDE:
•Valley Isle Terrace: A beautiful, tropical setting with reception space for up to 350 guests. Perfect for outdoor pre-functions and theme parties.
•Ocean Lanai Terrace: An intimate locale with ocean and pool vistas able to accommodate up to 100 guests.
•Lanai and Kauai pool decks: Select from the 2 levels of oceanfront terraces with spectacular sunset views for casual events and receptions up to 1,000 or dinner for up to 400.

INDOOR SPACES:

Haleakala Ballroom with projection booth and 16'6" ceilings
•Eight (8) break-out rooms, including the Lahaina Meeting Rooms, offer motorized roll-down viewing screens and built-in coffee and refreshment stations
•Whaler Meeting Room divides into two smaller rooms
•The Kaanapali Board Room with Executive seating for 12
•In-house audio-visual services
•1,000-person capacity Valley Isle Ballroom which divides into three rooms

•Valley Isle Lounge ideal for large functions, group registration and receptions
•Halawai Lounge, located on the 11th floor of the Beach Tower, is ideal for exclusive functions with spectacular views of the resort and ocean.
